Where do we begin?

It seems that cutting carbon emissions down dramatically and soon is the first step of any emergency plan to minimize the effects of climate change. But if the goal is to reverse global warming and leave a healthy planet, we also need to restore the ecosystems that naturally take up carbon and put it back in the soil where it belongs, forests and the oceans.
